Subscribe & save

Cheaper, fresher, and easier to leave.

A subscription is not a loyalty scheme. It is a standing instruction that lets us churn against a known number instead of guessing — which is why it costs you less and arrives newer.

How it works

Four steps, none of them a trap.

  1. 01

Pick a cadence, not a contract

Thirty, forty-five or sixty days. Most one-jar households land on forty-five. You can change it after the first delivery when you know your own rate of use.

  2. 02

    We churn against the schedule

Subscriptions are made to order, not pulled from a shelf. Your jar is filled in the week it ships, which is why the batch code on a subscription is almost always newer than one bought loose.

  3. 03

    Change anything, any time

Skip a month, swap the coffee for tea, push the date back a fortnight, pause for the summer. No phone call, no retention offer, no three-cycle minimum.

  4. 04

    Cancel in two taps

The cancel button is on the first screen of your account, not buried four levels deep. If it takes longer than ten seconds, we have designed it badly.

Subscribable

What people put on a standing order.

Before you commit

The awkward questions.

No. It applies to every delivery for as long as the subscription runs, and it stacks with free shipping. We would rather have a smaller margin on a standing order than a bigger one on a customer who leaves.
Skip the delivery from your account, or push it back by any number of days. Skipped deliveries are not charged and do not count against anything.
Yes. A subscription is per line, not per basket, so you can have ghee every forty-five days and coffee every thirty in the same account, arriving separately or together as you prefer.
It pays for itself at roughly ₹24,000 of annual spend on the extra 5% alone — before the visit passes and the quarterly tin. Below that, stay on The Pantry. We will say so if you ask us.
Two seats at a first-or-third-Saturday session in Kotagiri: the churn floor at 4 a.m. if you are brave, the roastery at a civilised hour if you are not. Transferable, and they do not expire within the membership year.
Trade is priced on volume and committed to a lot, so your cup does not drift between deliveries. It includes grind calibration for your machine and a training session for your staff. Write to us with your monthly volume and equipment.
