Ashwagandha is an adaptogen, which is a slippery word, but the traditional use is precise: it is taken at night, in fat, with milk, to help the body come down. The Sanskrit name refers to the smell of a horse — and yes, you will notice it. That is the root doing its job.
We use root material at KSM-66 specification and prepare it as a full ghrita rather than a powder blend.

Worth the price, twice over
